1. About Us

Ayuda Foundation is a non-profit Section 8 entity registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and eligible for CSR collaboration, 12A/80G, and NGO Darpan registration.

• We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

3. Donations & Receipts

• All donations are voluntary and, unless required by applicable law, non-refundable.
• Eligible donations may receive 80G tax receipts as per the Income Tax Act and prevailing rules.
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card/bank details.

4. Programmes, Events & Volunteering

• Participation may be subject to additional guidelines, eligibility, and code of conduct.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline volunteer applications or participation at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site—text, images, graphics, trademarks, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Ayuda Foundation.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. User Content

• Content you submit (e.g., feedback, testimonials) should be accurate and lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for our operations and communications.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
